We are selling it for $205,000. You can buy them for cheaper but they are usually not remodeled or farther away from BYU. It was cheaper for us because you can rent out 1/2 of it to pay most of the mortgage!
Joy!! I have just gotten into Glee also!!! I love it!! I am actually listening to all the songs at this exact moment!! I'm glad I'm not the only one in the family!! I love the music!!
